I was getting tired of like... march 5th update...
Anyone know what an Unwinding is?
we just did this major insane course last week in school, Myofascial stuff, and I won't bore you with the details, muscle has memory, we hold in traumatic experiences and a whole buncha really cool stuff. Lemme tell you, it was a tiring week on so many levels, leaving me cold and visually stunted.
I feel like someone zapped me with a juju gun...

anyway, this unwinding thing, possibly the most insane thing I have ever whitnessed. Many thanks to our teacher who was open enough to show us (it can be very personal) I don't think I could even describe it and do it justice. Some people said it was like an exercism? I guess... maybe
Now I feel like Ive got this emotional stopper blocking everything up. I go through the motions of wanting to cry but can't seem to finish the act... Its funny, and I notice, I have trouble grounding and visualizing stuff...
Anyway, I hope to get some more writing/drawing done. I always start and then never finish... I suck like that haha
haha talk about being all over the place though, I feel like Im in someone elses body, everythings all weird and out of order, I'm all spacy and stuff... it's an interesting feeling I guess. I think some anime or a movie might help... or I could keep studying for that bloody PATH test on monday...
